Every week I go through a more detailed optimisation process where I dig into the data, test new approaches and refine what is already working. At the start of each month I put together a plan for what needs to happen over the coming weeks based on performance trends, seasonal factors and anything else that is relevant to your business.
I also keep an eye on what your competitors are doing. If they change their ads, adjust their positioning or start targeting new keywords, I will spot it and factor it into how we are running your campaigns.
Reporting That Actually Makes Sense
You will get regular reports that tell you what you actually need to know in plain language. I do not send over spreadsheets full of numbers that do not mean anything or try to bury bad news in technical jargon. If things are going well I will explain why, and if something needs attention I will tell you what it is and what I am doing about it.
I am also always available to chat if you have questions or want to discuss anything between reports. You will not be waiting days for a response or trying to get through to someone who does not know your account.
