This training is for businesses that want to keep control of their own advertising but need proper guidance to do it well.

Running ads but not seeing results – You’re managing Google Ads or Meta Ads yourself but something isn’t clicking and you want to know what you’re doing wrong and how to fix it.

Upskilling your team – You have people in-house handling your ads but they’ve never had formal training on the platforms and you need them working at a higher level.

Moving away from an agency – You’re thinking about bringing things in-house and you want your team to be properly prepared before you make that switch.

Starting from scratch – You want to learn how to set things up and manage them the right way from day one rather than wasting money figuring it out through trial and error.

What the Training Covers

Every training session is built around what you actually need to learn, but there are two main areas I cover.

Ads Management Training

This is about giving you or your team the skills to manage campaigns with confidence on a day to day basis. Depending on the platform we cover things like account structure, campaign setup, keyword research, audience targeting, bid strategies, ad copy, budgeting, reading performance data and making optimisation decisions based on what that data is telling you.

I don’t just show you where the buttons are. I explain why you’re doing things a certain way so that when something changes or a campaign isn’t performing, you know how to diagnose the problem and fix it yourself rather than relying on guesswork.

How to Audit Your Own Account

A lot of businesses don’t realise how much money they could be saving or how much performance they could be gaining just by regularly reviewing their own account. I walk you through how to conduct a proper audit of your Google Ads or Meta Ads account, what to look for, what the warning signs are, and how to put together an action plan based on what you find.

This is especially useful if you’ve been running campaigns for a while and you’ve never really taken a step back to look at whether things are set up the way they should be.

How It Works

Packages

I offer both half day and full day training sessions. Which one you go for depends on how much ground we need to cover and how deep you want to go. If you’re not sure which would suit you best, we can have a quick conversation beforehand and I’ll recommend what makes sense based on what you want to get out of it.

One-to-One or Team Sessions

Training can be delivered one-to-one if its just you managing things, or as a group session if you have a small team or marketing department that needs to get up to speed. I adjust the content and the pace depending on who’s in the room and what their experience level is so nobody gets left behind and nobody is sitting through stuff they already know.

On-Site or Online

If you’re based in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland I can come to you and deliver the training on-site at your premises. If you’re elsewhere in the UK, on-site training is also an option with a bit of advance notice so we can get the logistics sorted. For anyone who would prefer it, all training is also available online and works just as well delivered remotely.

What You Walk Away With

The whole point of the training is that by the end of it you feel confident enough to go away and actually do this yourself. You won’t just have a bunch of notes, you will have a proper understanding of how the platform works, why certain things matter, and what to do when things aren’t going the way you expected.

I also make myself available for follow up questions after the session. I know that sometimes things don’t click until you’re back at your desk trying to put it into practice, so if you get stuck or need a second opinion on something you can get in touch and I’ll point you in the right direction.
